Default Screaming deal for the cook in your house

Mods move this to the Buy/Sell if it belongs there...

A crazy deal on a high end food processor (going to be part of the wife's xmas present)...normally $400...on for $200..with a $75 manufacturers rebate and a $10 coupon...it goes for $115

Too good not to share.

A good deal for sure, but from my past experience, any gift of a kitchen appliance to a woman would see you banished to the doghouse.

Unless she's actually a "chef" as opposed to "the cook."

^Process food, obviously....

They're really good for making soups, hummus/pestos/other dips and stuff. I killed my blender trying to make no-flour brownies. I might have to pick this up.

Thanks ... just ordered one as well. Only problem is that it is on back order. Hope I get it before the rebate expires .... but if not, still a good deal.

I have a crock pot which is more of a decoration that I keep tucked away in my cupboard 51 weeks of the year than anything else.

You should break it out more often, there are tons of great recipes you can make in your crock pot. Chili, braised short ribs, soups, stews, roast beef, pulled pork, meatballs, etc.

I'd get one, but with the small appliances I already have, there is no room in my kitchen for another!

You have to complete the online form by Nov 12...then you could mail in the UPC code...should be doable even if it doesn't arrive till later...mine is backordered due to arrive Nov 12
