A side note, I've seen Thomas rating go from 80 to 79 to 80 and now back to 79 again? Will this continuo to happen or will it be turned off?Anyone else monitoring this for any of their players?

I think the player's morale affects his OV.

yep, Morale can swing things +/- 2-3 OV depending on how pleased/displeased they are with your team at the moment.
