I seriously don't drink, Other than Thursday night of last week I couldn't tell you when the last time I had a drink.
So, Today I was at the doctor and I find out my liver is pretty trashed as if I drank my whole life. I had to take a couple more tests and blood crap but now I'm worried. At first the doctor thought I was lying about drinking. I told him he could UA me and take al the blood he wants and put me on a lie detector. I don't drink because my family members are alchys.
So he is suppose to call me with all the results.
So in the last 3 months I have found out.
1. Gall stones (they will have to take out my gall bladder eventually)
2. Kidney Stones...
3. Liver has seen better days....
I'm seriously getting worried.

You are pretty young though right? In your 20s? This is strange to have so medical problems but not unprecedented. I had a friend who had total kidney failure for no reason at all when he was 25 and they still don't know why.
Take it easy and try not to stress. Being stressed/depressed, ty sleeping patterns, (apparently) having feasts before you go to sleep are bad for your liver too.

Do you eat wild mushrooms? raw shellfish? Alot of tylenol?
Any prior IV drug use or unprotected sex? Tattoo? Blood transfusion before 1990 or in a 3rd world country?
Travel to exotic places?
Are you fat?
All these things could cause self induced issues with your liver, amongst a bunch of other things that aren't your fault. With the accusations of alcohol abuse, your doctor is probably just assuming you are like 90% of all other people with liver issues.
Do you eat wild mushrooms? raw shellfish? Alot of tylenol? No, Don't eat seafood, and no
Any prior IV drug use or unprotected sex? Tattoo? Blood transfusion before 1990 or in a 3rd world country? Don't do drugs and never have, I have had unprotected sex but with my fiance only, never had a blood transfusion, never been to a third world country
Travel to exotic places?
Poor college student. so no.
Are you fat? I've lost 50 pounds since Christmas. I was plump (205) then but now i'm def not fat.

To the OP I'm 25 and it's just amazing how much crap that I've had go wrong with me since I graduated a high school.

NAFLD - Non alcoholic fatty liver disease. How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? Rapid weight loss may have contributed to this - over what span did you loose your 50 pounds? Do you have any diabetes? Any drugs/herbals, over the counters that you are on?
Ever had Hep A,B or C?
Did you have a liver biopsy or just blood work?
Are you itchy with no skin rash, feel fatigued or jaundiced?
Have you ever had any pain in your abdominal area? With the gallstones, most are asymptomatic so I'm confused to why you would need your gallbladder out? Have you ever had any blockage that was diagnosed? Did you have an ultrasound?
Sorry to hear about this dude. Hope it gets solved.
On a side note, that is really unprofessional of your doctor to accuse you of lying to him/her and threatening you with a lie detector. Not cool.

No biopsy just blood work.
Yes, I've had pain and been put into the hospital a couple of times due to the gall stones and Kidney stones. they did a CT scan and Ultra sound to find them.
Dude I'm always tired, Just from school to my work sched. (like tonight 11pm-7am then I have class at noon)
I'm seriously getting depressed. No matter what I do I just keep getting kicked in the balls.
I had a test for ADHD done and wont know for a week once I see the specialist. I'm just so tired of this crap.

1. Gall stones = useless organ that cause more grief than good
2. Kidney Stones = most are caused by too many minerals in the body
3. Liver has seen better days = The Liver is amazing, it can re-generate to full health in a matter of months.
My advice, get the Gall Bladder out as fast as you can, the stress of those attacks can make the whole body ill. Stop taking sups (if you are) drink a lot of water (non mineral) and don't be afraid to have a glass of red wine with a meal...and for f'k sakes stop worrying about something you can control with the right attitude.
the day that I got out of the hospital for my last attack I drank nothing but water for 3 days and my urine was still a bright yellow color. I told the doctor this also. I was drinking a good 8-9 20oz bottles of water.

What was your last attack? Another stone attack? What in your diet could be causing all these stones? Avoid high protein foods, high sodium foods, chocolate, nuts, soybeans, rhubarb, spinach, vitamin supplements. Do you eat a lot of meat? Meat can be the issue. You might be genetically predisposed to kidney stones and kidney disease. You may need a drastic change in diet.
There's something wrong if you are drinking all this water and your urine is still that color. Usually it indicates dehydration and therefore a high concentration of waste products but if you are drinking a lot of water you definitely need to see a decent Nephrologist because you have serious Kidney issues
I've got some high Liver numbers. Doctor has been testing my blood but it's not geting higher. Lot's of quesions about alcohol intake. Sent me for an ultrasound. The liver is fine, I have Gall Stones which can apparently explain the elevated liver numbers. I was told to stay away from greasy food to avoid triggering an attack. He said if I do get one to just have them take it out.
Seriously though, that sucks. Not being a doctor, my advice would be to get some exercise and try to eat properly and get a job that isn't the graveyard shift so you can get some sleep.
Look carefully into anything medication or vitamins you are taking. My liver started producing some really weird test results when I was on what should have been very minor medication.
