BTW, it's not for sale. I'm holding on to this one.
Keep in mind that when you get a game in advance, you can't really play multiplayer since no one has the game yet lol . . .

You can get it at midnight Sep 6th/7th in Red Deer Southpointe Common location (just as you come into the city on the south end from Highway 2).
Pretty sure you have to pre-order it though. I was willing to travel outside of the city last year to get it, but I couldn't find a midnight release in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer or Leduc.

You should freeze yourself, then get your buddy to thaw you out in 5 days so that it'll seem like no waiting time at all.
