Unless I'm mistaken, Apple deserves as much credit for this as Microsoft does for Mass Effect - i.e. Apple/Microsoft created the platform, but what's running on it is entirely the effort of an independent 3rd party

I have one of these, and the iPad version of the app is great - you have a 4 pedal board (up from 3 on the iPhone version I believe) with all four pedals visible at the same time.

I also have an FM transmitter that uses a 1/8 stereo jack, so the wacky thing I can do is plug into iRig, plug iRig into the FM transmitter, and use any FM radio as the speaker. This mean, in effect, I could play Tweeter and the Monkey Man on the Deerfoot if I was so inclined, I would just need someone to hold the steering wheel.
