Bad Letters to the Editor Thread - Calgarypuck Forums - The Unofficial Calgary Flames Fan Community

I'm not sure if this has been attempted before, or if people even read letters to the editor, but as someone who reads the opinion section of newspapers pretty religiously, I can't help but laughing at a few of them.

I'll start it off with a letter from today's Calgary Herald.

NOTE: In keeping with the rules on CP, I think that even if the letter is very short, we cannot simply copy and paste the entire thing...Mods, please tell me if I'm wrong about this.

I feel the same way, all you fataers are immoral bastids.

I usually cringe reading the letters to the editor and comments on news stories.

I've thought of making a thread like this too. I remember a letter in the herald a couple of years ago a letter complaining about the cost of ctrain cars and proposed we put train wheels onto busses similar to the one a CP Rail service truck might have.

I've seen many other doodies as well, but that's the one that comes to mind right now.

I stopped reading a long time ago once I realized the editors would rather post the most inflammatory statements. They usually just get me so annoyed that it throws me off my mood for the entire morning. Reminds me of Dess before I found out he was playing a character.
