Well, he does have that look about him...
To be fair though, it does say that she was a hooker, I imagine that if you're paying for it one would assume it was legal, where prostitution is legal of course.

Nothing will come of this because at the end of the day you're dealing with a Hooker in a country where prostitution is legal, versus a National Team player, albeit on a very poor national team. Shes of the age of consent for sex, but not of the age of consent to be a hooker, but proving it is slanted heavily against the hooker.
This part of the article convinces me that this is a lost cause for the hooker:
