New visible gang in Calgary?

The other day I dealt with two black guys, and it seemed a little strange that seemed to have gone out of their way to wear all blue.

Then today, I had to pass through Forest Lawn and saw a black guy walking down the street with a bold blue shirt and a blue bandana, and he was staring at everyone like he was looking for trouble.

Then about 2 minutes later, I passed a group of four black guys, and they were all decked out in various blue outifts.

I think all of these guys were sudenese. Has anyone heard anything about a new sudenese gang, or gang in general?

Well if it was a major American city, I'd assume it was the crips. But I don't think the Bloods or Crips have ever had any presence in Calgary. Unless I'm wrong?

Where I lived at in Iowa we had Latin Kings, GD, MS13 and such running the town until late spring and summer when all the bikers came out to play and the little boys went inside for the summer.

he Mount Olive Crips are a mainly black Toronto based street gang named after a housing complex on Mount Olive Drive in Rexdale, Ontario. Although the Mount Olive Crew has been in existence since the 1980s, members did not initially claim the Rexdale Crips card until the early to mid 90's. The Mount Olive Crew were once allies of the Jamestown Crew, but a shooting of a prominent Mount Olive gang member tore a rift between the two groups which resulted in many casualties on both sides respectively. The Mount Olive Crips were involved in many violent confrontations with other street gangs as well, but their war with the Doomstown Crips were played out on the streets of Toronto in a decade long series of tit-for-tat retaliatory shootings and killings. Most recently, conflicts with the Five Point Generalz, Driftwood Crips and Ardwick Blood Crew have been simmering as well. Mount Olive Crip members range in age from early teens to late 30's and are generally made up of those who grew up in that particular area of Rexdale. Members have branched off from their home-turf of Rexdale, Ontario and can be found in other majour Canadian cities such as Ottawa and Calgary, Alberta. Authorities maintain that members of the Mount Olive Crew are usually heavily involved in the distribution of narcotics throughout the city and some members are known to be involved in the arms-trade.
