BTW - Best Buy says that it is firing the guy for slamming a product that they themselves sell. And buddy says he won't fight it.... this has given him the fame to get a job doing what he really wanted to do for his career - computer video animation.

I was under the impression that dude wasn't fired, as this video did not explicitly mention Best Buy, although videos he previously made did.
Firing this guy could also be an ill conceived move. Given how viral this video went, he's in the first 3 minutes of his 15 minutes of internet fame. If they were to fire him now, what's to stop him from making a new video that utterly trashes best buy while the world is still in the viral wake of his EVO vs iPhone 4 vid? It'd be a potential PR nightmare.
