The word 'tesselate' certainly doesnt mean what I thought it meant....

About freakin time. Whoever thought it was a good idea to over lap cheese and miss about 30 percent of the sandwich is a idiot.

Since when did a triangle become a "triangular half moon"?

how long has subway been in business? And they are just figuring this out. Wonder how much they spent on R&D for this

Ah, that's who those guys are. I just remember driving when Carly from X92.9 saying on the radio that she would (and I quote): "mount each and every member of Tokyo Police Club"

Next step: Reduce the amount of lettuce you put on sandwiches. Currently, each bite ends up being about half lettuce.

But now you can't get a extra cheesy surprise when you take a bite of overlapped cheese.

personally this is why i prefer mr. sub. they use a ribbon slice of cheese that ensures even cheese distribution throughout the ingestion process. although there is something to be said for the extra taste of the overlap cheese.

i can now get a picture of a secret group of 30 to 40 grads from prestigous universities like harvard, yale, princeton, wharton business school etc, standing behind the counter at the testing station debating the merits of tesselation vs non or un tesselation.......

You know you can tell/ask them to go light on the lettuce. It does sorta help. They still grab a big hand full of lettuce but it is not quite the huge mound of lettuce that they normally do.

^Yeah I do that. I suppose everyone could ask them to tesselate the cheese, but it would just be better if they did it without asking.
