Should be a good one, lots of heavy weights (Brad, Vic etc.) I am interested to see how the "lady clones" do.

Vinnie! Vinnie!

I think Brad defends his title.

I don't listen to Rome like I used to but the Smackoff usually has good lines. I thought Dan in DC's call wasn't that great but Jay Mohr saying "you're so fat that you could stand naked and put your hands in your pocket" was funny.

IMO Jim Rome is the best interviewer in sports...and simply the most unlistenable show on radio.

So true. He is such a good interviewer and has one of the dumbest shows on the planet.

99% of his callers don't even talk about sports and neither does he most of the time. They just talk about all the stupid memes that Jim and his clones have come up with over the years. Oh and he repeats the same thing over and over and over and over and over...

Jay Mohr's effort was great. Thank god he ran that chick that tried to sing a song. Awful.

Just because it is too intellectually highbrow for you doesn't mean you need to insult it!

Yeah Rome is way to highbrow...

Then I must like Mike Richards for his neo-classical liberal bias.

Pretty good following for an 'unlistenable' radio show.

And Transformers 2 and Spiderman 3 each made like $500m. I guess they should have won best picture?

Jay Mohr was fantastic... Referring to Vic-

"you're so fat you can put your hands in your pockets even when you're naked... How many callbacks did you get for the lead roll in Precious???"

ahahahaha.

The point, Rome sells a product, and evidently people listen...As such, calling it 'unlistenable' is incorrect.

Would you have starred in Transformers 2 if asked?

Now I'm not the one who originally called it unlistenable but I mostly agree. I like Rome sometimes but usually his show is painful.

What you seem to be failing horribly at is understanding that just because lots of people like something doesn't make it good.

It is called an opinion. Different people have different opinions.

My opinion is that about 80% of Rome's show it total crap and unlistenable.
