Default EB Games Door Crashers (July)

EB Games is having a door crasher sale for the month of July. They've got some pretty good deals on some good games. From the looks of it the games are $19.89 new or $14.99 used. I'll do my best to keep this post updated with the daily game but for those that want more details check this link out:

http://forums.redflagdeals.com/eb-gs...9-89-a-907976/

July 1 - Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time (PS3) - $19.89
July 2 - Need for Speed: Shift (XBox 360) - $19.89
July 3 - EA Sports Active (Wii) - $??.??
July 4 - Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars (PSP) - $??.??
July 5 - Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 (PS3)

From that same thread:

Rumoured upcoming doorcrashers...prices unknown.
July 4th doorcrasher: PSP - GTA Chinatown Wars
July 5th doorcrasher: PS3 - Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
I never did get to play a Ninja Gaiden.

Wasn't exactly a door crasher but EB/GS has the Assassin's Creed Bloodlines PSP bundle for $150... and I was in need of a PSP. (Am not a fan of the Go.)

For that price it was either that or the Hannah Montana bundle... =P

Compared to the Steam sale we just saw, these physical products are lackluster.

I guess that is why PC games are dying. We're getting quality games for $10-20 while console games are still in the $50-60 range.

I think Steam (and other digital distribution systems) have done wonders for the PC gaming industry. People are buying games, and in large quantities as well. I defiinitely don't believe for a second that PC gaming is dying.

Probably preorders of Starcraft 2.

Steam and other digital formats are the future, especially in games that are > 6 months old.

Sounds so good, but the PSP just doesn't intrigue me like the Nintendo 3DS does. Even with AC:BL and Metal Gear, etc.

Have to admit it took a while for the PSP to intrigue me. I'll get the 3DS too, but with the PSP version of Persona 3 out, I finally gave in. Plus I've been wanting to play God of War: Chains of Olympus + there's a new God of War PSP coming later this year.

And I'll get Peacewalker and some other stuff at some point too.

God I wish I could run Steam.

Because of this steam sale, I bought games I never would have bought otherwise. I would definitely spend less on gaming if not for steam.
