Accident in Rocky Ridge/Royal Oak
Anyone else catch that on their way home? I saw a fire truck underneath the new overpass they are building and looked up and saw a railing hanging down and what looked to be an inspection going on.
DId someone fall when the railing broke? I hope not, but from what I could tell it looked like someone had.
