Time for me to turn on the venting as I anticipate the arrival of the best fire starters on the western hemosphere.. Great White! I hope the lead singer does that one odd on stage move he's been doing for 25 years.

I don't mind my job, I enjoy it, it gives me time to joke around and post on Calgarypuck, but when I have to play to the ego's of suck amazing former rock gods like Great White, or Vince Neil, or Rob Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice it gets a little frustrating. I know I know, you guys used to be big, but let it go.

*goes off to make sure all the fire extinguishers work.

Ok, I'll bite, what the hell are you talking about? Just tell us what your job is.
haha, this was just a way to vent, I didn't want anyone to "bite" fotze. I work at a radio station right now, assistant station manager. I have to wait for these guys to show up for interviews and sit back and smile while they act like "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" is still a big hit.

You shouldn't poke fun at the fire incident AP.;_; I know that the surviving members of the band are pretty much shells of themselves because of it.

Speaking of Great White, they are one of the few 80's "hair bands" that actually have a body of good music to stand on (IMO of course). They were much more bluesy than most of their ilk and a lot more original musically. I actually own a few CD's of theirs and still enjoy them from time to time. Jack Russell has a unique voice as well.

They're no Queensryche or anything, but......not bad as far as those bands go. Heads and shoulders above Warrant, Poison etc.

You'll have to let us know if the guys are really aholes like I am SURE Vince Neil was/is. Can't stand that guy. and in that aspect of your post, I certainly sympathize with you!
