Blue Jackets: Available Players

I want to build a team with players I really like so I am going to make certain players available in the hopes that I get them. Lateral moves are fine.

NHL Stats:

Marion Gaborik: 42G 44A 86P

He played in 76 games this year so he managed to stay healthy. Had a great year with the Rangers.

Jussi Jokinen: 30G 35A 65P

He had a breakout season in the NHL and should be a good player for the sim next season. Only a $2mill CPHL contract!!!!

Brett Clark: 3G 17A 20P

Averaged almost 20 minutes/game with the Avalanche.

Steve Eminger: 4G 12P 16A

He also averaged about 20 minutes/game with the ducks. He also has a cheap CPHL contract of $1.4mill.

I am always willing to trade anyone in the right deal.

Lateral move in terms of what? rating? age? contract? combination of each?

I am just saying this because you will not find someone with that rating/age/contract in a lateral move.

So Jokinen is like a limited edition type of player? More value!

When I mean lateral I mean someone around the same age who will have around the same contract and around the same rating for next season. I find it hard to believe that Jokinen is the only player who fits this bill.

I think Jokinen might just be alone in all aspects. Not many people his age break out like that.
