Select the area you want to print, then under the "File" menu select "Set Print Area".
Is that what you're looking for?
...
err wait. You want the exact formulas to print?
I found this:
To print Excel Formulas:
1. click 'Tools' menu, then 'Options' option, then the 'View' tab.
2. click on the 'Formulas' option (under Window Options section) then click OK
- see formulas.
3. click on 'File' menu then 'Print' option, then OK.

You want the calculations to show, but not the actual answer? I have needed this over the years but never known what to do.

Under Tools --> Options, choose the View tab and tick off 'Formulas'. The formulas should now show instead of the calculated values, and the print should reflect this.

Thanks guys. This worked once I transferred my file to my PC, but the mac version doesn't have an Options under Tools. Kinda odd, oh well.

Whoops, should have Mac'ified my original post. It's under the Excel menu as "Preferences".
Once you click on that, select "View" and you should see an option for this. This is based on the Excel 2008 for Mac, so earlier versions might be a bit different.

Awesome, works for me on my Mac. I assume it works for Windows versions as well.

Not to cool, too creative! Luckily my mac allows me to creatively make spread sheets, write emails, and surf the internet!

Searched Google and CP and couldn't find a suitable answer.
Does anybody out there know of a free program to recover passwords to open *.xls files?
Many of the 'free' programs limit to only 3 characters.
Help please! (and thank you in advance)
