Default Looking for some thoughts from the CP hivemind...

Didn't really know what to title this...but I'm sure the collective knowledge of CP can help me here

What I'm doing is creating a logo that is a mosaic of many different images. This is the easy part.
What I would like to do for wow-factor at the end of a presentation is to create an animation where all the images fly in (over let's say 5 seconds) and land to create the logo. Kind of like a windows 95 screensaver in reverse:

I initially thought I might be able to do it in Keynote but there is no 3D effect, it just scales & moves.

What should I be trying next? Illustrator? Flash? Or is it just a matter of creating an illusion of depth?
