Never did a breathalyzer, I am GDL which has zero tolerance for booze in the system. I did "admit" to drinking prior to driving but never specified if it was 10 days, hours or minutes before.

I never got caught, and I don't do it anymore (did it a long time ago). It was a stupid thing when I did it. A lot of people have done it, so I think you are going to see a lot of hypocrites in this thread.
Happy that nobody got hurt. At least you learned your lesson the easy way.

What did they pull you over for? Speeding? Swerving?
I don't think that 'loop-hole' would fly. No alcohol for GDL.

They didn't pull me over. There was an EMS truck following me very closely, so I pulled into a parking lot and he followed. Called the cops and they showed up shortly after.
That's when they grilled me and towed my car away. I never took a breathalyzer test.

I don't understand why people ignore rules regarding driving and alcohol. I'm on the GDL too and if we go for drinks after work I order a Pepsi.
