I'd PM NageWaza for can disposal strategies.

Or try phoning your local recycler. I believe the one across from Heritage Station will sort them for you.

Weird, I just went this morning.

Calgary Bottle Exchange, Horton road, between Southland and Heritage. The one on the east side, not the one closest to Heritage station.

Shouldn't you just stick them in your blue bin? The homeless (and your neighbors) will appreciate it

The one on 61st a block and a half east of Chinook C-Train Station is great. They don't care if you leave lids on or if the bottles aren't super-clean and do all the sorting. I just bring in 3-4 or four giant bags twice a year or so and dump them on the counter and away they go. I don't even care if they rip me off a dollar or to because it's so easy... (Not that they do, but I would keep going even if I thought they did)

As the resident bottle depot expert, I would say that many are open. You might have to try a few different ones just in case.

Before you know it, some fool will decide to stuff that phone book into a computer for ALL to see. Damn hotshot rocket scientists.
