How Long Have You Lived In Calgary?
Just curious to know how long the people from Calgary have lived here for?
I'm a born and raised Calgarian and it seems to me that a lot of the people currently living here are from other provinces or another country. Not that there is anything wrong with that but I'm just curious. My parents immigrated to Canada about 30 years ago because of war and I will always be grateful to Canada for bringing them in.
Sometimes we take Canada for granted but it's the best country in the world.
Anyways so how long have you guys been here for? (I know not all of you are from Calgary but im specifically asking the Calgarians)

I think Calgary is great place to live. Lots of opportunity, a fairly nice city, very few major problems. It is a very nice place to live. There are nicer places to visit but I would argue there aren't a whole lot of better places to live. Just my opinion of course.

I've lived there all my life, 26 years, and I love it. I have my gripes with the city, but when it comes down to it, it's one of the best places to be. I don't spend much time there anymore as I'm always traveling somewhere else for fun or for work, but it'll always be my base to come back to.
