Default Calgary's IQ Goes Down....Sarah Palin In Town Tonight

Can't help but be embarrassed that W choose's Calgary as his first Canadian trip after his presidency and now Palin choses Calgary as her first Canadian stop too. Tickets are only $220 dollars

I'm sure we would be able to see Russia, but those pesky mountains are in the way.

Aww, damn! I knew I shouldn't have left her off my List just because she's international.

I never minded George W. Bush's visit. I may have disagreed with his policies and how he ran the presidency but at least he doesn't come off as a dumb ass. Palin on the other hand just makes Bush look like Albert Einstein.

That's because some people think Canadian or Albertan conservatism relates somehow to American conservatism, which is false.

$220 to watch an idiot talk? Larry the hobo downstairs will jabber nonsense for a toonie, the people ponying up a couple hundred bucks are way overpaying.

$220 isn't too bad of a price to see the future president in person.

I'd pay money to see Bush speak. Palin, no. If the Republicans want a shot at the White House in four years, they've got to keep that bimbo as far away from them as possible.

She was on Leno the other night. I watched it for about 15 seconds and couldn't take it anymore. Something about that woman, anyways the thought of paying money to hear her speak, is as close to hell as I can imagine right now.

I saw Bush when he was in town. Did not come off as an idiot and the protestors that were harassing the attendees in line were certainly of a cretin-level intelligence.

I'm not embarrassed that american presidents and politicians choose to come to calgary 1st, it's a simple reflection of the fact that Calgary has a very high population of Americans compared to other Canadian cities. I trash America a lot like anyone else cuz it's fun to do, but they've always been our closest allies and our best friend in the world. Nothing to be ashamed of.
