I'm not sure how much longer this forum's going to be up, but now that the Olympics have ended we should start to see some decent YouTube uploads from various events and celebrations...

I've been looking all over for the shots CTV had of Robson Square, Yaletown, Whistler, Gretzky's, Cole Harbour, etc. of the exact second Crosby scored. I can't find it. Everyone was so calm then, they jumped all at once. It looked bad ass.

Unfortunately, most of the CTV stuff is copyrighted so there won't be much of that. We have to hunt down individual user-uploads instead!

Very cool. I remember back in 04 during game 5 of the cup final, for some reason I wasn't watching, or couldn't watch the game - was out in sunnyside when Oleg Saprykin scored the OT winner and then all the sudden hearing the neighbourhood erupt in sound. It was very warm out so lots of windows were open. Hearing the screaming and cheering that eminated from the city that moment was one of my fondest memories from that cup run.
