FS: Compact Balcony Propane BBQ

I'm selling my propane BBQ. It's about 1 year old and in good working condition. It fits on my condo balcony, and is about 3 feet wide. It has 3 burners and gauges. Comes with 1 yr old 20lb propane tank that is about 3/4 full.

I'm not sure if 4X4, flamable liquids and camping would go well together.
