Well when I lose, I start to injure people:

Jim Slater is injured at 17:45 of 1st period (Strained Right Elbow)
Ladislav Smid is injured at 8:11 of 2nd period (Groin)

Rick Nash goes a bit nutty in this one and takes a major for spearing. That hurt as the game was close but the Habs ultimately lose 2-1. Miller played better but was still outduelled by Lundqvist unfortunately...we don't have many games where we only score 1.

Oh well, moving forward at least Malone got a point in his first game.

A 2-0 win over the Devils to move into 1st place in the division and 11 points up on 9th place Carolina. Strudwick and Nielsen had the goals and Khabibulin with the SO on a very light workload. New Jersey becomes the 1st team eliminated from playoff contention with the loss. Jason Williams tore knee ligaments in the game but is surprisingly only day to day.

Did what had to be done, beat the Avalanche.

Brad Richards finally scored!!!! Assisted on the 5th goal. Richard Park scored twice to reach 20.

But the star of the game was Sami Pahlsson with a 4 point game. 2 goals (one on the PP) and 2 assists.

Yandle will be back next game, but Smid will definitely be out. Jim Slater will be a game time decision.

The Habs like their GM started playing dirty when the game got tough . Nash ejected for spearing.

Great game by Lundy, Kane still crap. He has one more chance if not he will be made available.

23 points with 20+ games to go. I'd bet against it. Only thing you're doing now is ruining that draft pick for me, Stop it.

The Flames move up into 6th place in the conference after a 2-1 win last night over the Wings. Chris Kunitz scored his 31st of the year in the first period and added an assist on Eric Cole's game winning goal early in the 3rd. Cam Ward was solid once again.
