Yes, but the president and CEO OF HIS OWN SPORTS ASSOCIATION condemned Lago's actions. He wisely chose to go home, at the advice of his own association before he could be sent home.

The bronze medal is just the second loser. The only reason you should even keep the medal is because no one would bother bidding on it if you put it on eBay.
