Wow, Super Bowl is coming up on Sunday and there is no thread on Super Bowl Prediction.
It's good that we will see two of the best team in the NFL this season. As I recall both teams didn't lose the game until the middle of the season. Indianapolis Colts vs New Orleans Saints, Peyton Manning vs Drew Brees.
It's good that those folks in New Orleans will finally have something to cheer for after the Hurricane Katrina a few years ago. My heart says New Orleans Saints will win it BUT my head says Peyton Manning and the Colts will win it. I don't have the favorites on one of the Super Bowl combatants and I also don't hate either of them. I will just enjoy the game and the Super Bowl commercials. Does anyone knows who will be the halftime show?
Anyways, enjoy the game. I have to pick the Colts to win.
I think if I wasn't a Saints fan I'd go Colts, but I gotta stick with the boys. Plus, I think we got a good shot at this, alot better than most of the media would have you think. I'll say 34-31 good guys.
I AM SO PUMPED FOR THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
New Orleans is definitely a very good team and deserves to be in the Superbowl. Brees is someone that I respect and the Saints are a really good team in all aspects. They will pose a challenge. I am glad that their fans got to witness a Superbowl.
That said..........
LETS GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Powers and Freeney are expected to play at this point in time which is great news. Dwight is one of the best DE's this decade has seen (was named to the NFL All Decade team this past week). Brock will need to step up big on Sunday. I expect Mathis, Freeney and Brackett all to have solid games on defense.
Offensively, Peyton is Peyton. If he plays how he can then I like our chances. Wayne might see double coverage and perhaps Clark will too but that leaves Collie/Garcon open and they showed they can do damage if that is the case (vs the Jets). It feels like it is Christmas right now!!!!!!! I think it will be a close game(1 possession) as the Saints are a good opponent.
Drew Brees is good.............real good, but Peyton Manning is on a planet of his own. 31-24 Colts.
LETS GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is a commercial that they HAVE to play this Sunday!:

I think the Saints for the most part will do a good job keeping Wayne/Collie/Garcon in front of them, but I expect Clark to have a big day. I think Manning will put up big numbers and probably eclipse 300 yards, which is fine because I think Brees and that offence will be able to keep up. Its just going to come down to if the Saints can do what they`ve been doing all year, and get a turnover or two. Against Manning, that`s a tough task. It should be a great game.

Manning leads the game winning drive in the final 2 minutes to give the Colts a 35-31 win.
The last two Superbowls have been two of the best games ever, and I think this one will make it 3 in a row. For a lot of years the Superbowl ended up being a real dud of a game but there have been a few good entertaining games.
But I am hoping for a Saints win in this one. I'd love to see it. More than anything though, I'm looking forward to the end of the NFL season and being able to ditch this Jamarcus Russel avatar.

I agree with Displaced that Mike Bell is going to have a good day. The Saints are a much better rushing team than Indy, and I think that will be the key. Extended drives, force a turnover or two, and the game is theirs.
N.O. will be able to keep up with the Colts offensively even if they give up a big play or two, where other teams that tried to play ball control couldn't put up the points to win (Miami, Jacksonville, etc.).
