Default FOR SALE: 2098 Sq. Ft. home in Auburn Bay

Hello All,

I will be listing my house the last week of February for $549,900.00 in the lake community of Auburn Bay. Until it is posted, I am posting here on CP to see if anyone is interested in purchasing a home, and if so, I am willing to split the commission that a realtor would typically take from the sale of the home. Meaning, based on what my realtor has told me, the commission schedule would be as follows:

7% on the first $100,000.00, and 3% thereafter.

On the sale of my home, commission would amount to $20,497.00. I am willing to discount the sale of my home by half the commission amount bringing my house asking price to $539,651.50.

The realtor will be posting my house on mls the last week of February so this is only open until than. Let me know if you are interested. I can send you pics over email if you like.

Highlights of the home:
- Auburn bay gives you full access to the lake for year round sports including boating, water park, skating, etc.
- Hardwood throughout the main floor (tile in laundry)
- Granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, stainless steel gourmet kitchen appliances
- 18ft high ceiling in great room with elegant fireplace and tall windows
- 5 peice ensuite
- 9 foot ceilings through main floor and bonus room upstairs
- Bay window on second floor bonus room
- all windows on main floor and in bonus room have been upgraded to larger windows... lots of light!
- fully landscaped, large deck, fenced
- great quiet street
- Awesome neighbours!
- Lots more!

PM if interested.

Thanks,
-FoB.

Close, but not quite.

It is part of the kootenay series by Baywest. We added over 150 square ft from the original floor plan.
