Looking for a bit of help...
I'm a bit out of my element but I've been asked to generate a list of equipment for procurement/estimate purposes for an orientation/training room that is roughly the size of 60ft x 48ft.
I'm hoping that someone on CP can toss some ideas my way. I've pretty much figured out the video portion, but I need some help with the audio portion.
Video:
4x LCD Projectors (Min. Spec: XGA 1024x768, 3500 ANSI Lumens, Native 4:3 Resolution, Ceiling Mountable)
4x Ceiling Projector Mounts (Min. Spec: Positionable, low profile against ceiling)
4x Manual Wall Mounted Projector Screens (Min. Spec: 100inch, 4:3 Resolution - not 16:9)
1x VGA Splitter Box (Min. Spec: 4 VGA connections simultaneous output with one VGA input)
4x VGA Cable (Min. Spec: 50ft shielded)
8x Power Cable Extension for LCD Projectors (Min. Spec: 12ft each up to 30ft)
1x Wireless keyboard & mouse
Audio:
I know I need sufficent speakers to cover the area (grimy environment so outdoor speakers perhaps? but how many). Some type of receiver to bring in the audio signals from the PC/DVD, and 3 microphones. Also need to be able to support up to 2 wireless microphones at any given time.
