Comes with two phones. One silver blackberry curve 8330 and the other is a white nokia 6265i with all of the accessories.
base plan is $25. System access fee and 911 access fee are $7.45.
When I don't go over the minutes it comes out to between $34-35 after tax.
This plan doesn't have a data package on it. It's just a talk and text package but I use it with a blackberry.
