Capturing Streaming Video on Mac

I'm trying to find a way to capture the streaming video of the latest Coach's Corner to edit out his comments on Matt Duchene but I can't find a way to capture it!

Is there any free software that will allow me to download this and furthermore, some to edit it down to just the portion I want?
