If anyone has an extra one to sell I'll buy it. The headset part of mine doesn't work and I want to be able to hear the 10 year olds trash talking me at COD: MW2.

I'll pay up to about $25-30 for the controller.

Oh, and I could use a new hard drive if anyone upgraded. Anything 20gigs and up.
