My iPhone is set up so that when my office Outlook is turned off I can download my emails. Now I'm getting an error message that says that my password is not recognized. I haven't changed my password. I'm now unable to download email on my iPhone except by webmail, which is a PITA on such a small screen. Does anyone have advice of know what I can do about this? I'd even be willing to phone someone if there is one of you who will talk me through this problem.
I get the same error message when I'm using my office or home wifi, or even on 3G:
Cannot get mail - the username or password for xxxx@xxxx.com is incorrect.
I should add that I've been tempted to go in and change my password in Settings/Mail/Accounts but have been relucant to do that for fear it might screw things up.
