I'm set up at this site to access suspected spam. Some non-spam has been directed there as I see in my daily report. Problem is when I go there it says there is nothing in the in-box. I get this error message: Error 500: external Server Error.

What can I do about this? I need to get at these non-spam messages that are apparently in there.

The problem is I get a daily report of suspected spam (some of which is not spam at all) being sent there and when I look there are no emails there. When I open Outlook I can't get into those emails.
