Teacher tells his students he can eat McDonalds for a month and lose weight. So far, he's succeeding:

I work with a guy who eats McDonald's atleast twice a day (a value meal plus another burger). He claims to have lost weight. I told him "It's because you're dying!".

One of the city counsellors down here in Lethbridge went on the "Mcdiet" for a month and he lost about 25 pounds. I am assuming that there was some working out involved as well but it seems that it can help you lose weight. Although the side effects might not be all that worth it.

The guy in Lethbridge was on Global last night. He said the key was exercise and moderation. He didn't supersize his meals, he ate lots of salads and he limited his Big Mac consumption considerably.

Sperlock supersized everytime asked and only exercised as much as the average American. Hence his rapid decline. These Alberta guys are just showing that moderation and exercise can make you healthy (duh).

People wrongfully associate weight loss with being healthy, when in reality the exact opposite is true a lot of the time. Rapid weight loss is often due to being unhealthy.

This guy who is eating nothing but McDicks is likely just committing long-term suicide without even realizing it.

What a stupid article. Of course you're gonna lose weight if you do an hour of cardio and exercise 6 times a week. Even if you eat McDonald's.

Fair enough. The Global report said the Lethbridge guy hadn't got his cholesteral levels checked yet.

Best way to stay healthy and lose weight: eat your fruits and vegetables (and other healthy stuff), have anything else you want (in moderation) and get lot's of exercise. Even some McD's can be included in moderation if you follow through with the other parts.

Moderation is a good point. That's pretty much my philosphy on everything.

Aside from weight loss and cholesterol though, there are studies that link greasy fast food over-consumption with stomach and colon cancers. Cancer is a sure way of losing weight fast too.

So is post-mortem decomposition.
