Default FOUND - Looking for cheap/free computer power supply

I have an old computer I want to put into action as a test box, I am pretty sure the power supply is blown on it. Problem is my wife has decided the budget for doing this is pretty much non-existent.

I am hoping someone has an old unusable computer that is just sitting around in the basement that will eventually meet the junkyard that I can take off your hands for free that I can pull the power supply out of.

PM me if you have something that fits the bill. If you have one that works for sure, but can't part with it without getting some cash back, we might be able to work something out, so send a PM as well.

VFXWEB is your friend. Located by the airport.

Is $9 too much for your wife?

I have an old beige box sitting in my basement with what I recall to be a working 300W (or 350W) power supply inside. It's yours on three conditions:

1. You pick it up (I'm in Coventry Hills);
2. You take the whole beige box and recycle/junk the rest (I'm too lazy to remove the power supply for you); and
3. You refrain from making use of any of the personal information that may or may not still reside on the hard drive contained in the beige box.

That is pretty cheap. I may keep them in mind for future projects of this nature.

Thank you for taking junk out of my basement that was meant for recycling anyway.
