I am interested, does it have a windows interface program to go along with it so I can upload ringtones, wallpapers, send text etc?

Yeah, you can use Motorola Phone Tools (google it) for all that stuff. It's called the Motorola Z6... comes with a 1 gig card, a handsfree earphone kit, manual, etc.
