I found it watching the new Russian news channel on Bell (720?). It can't be any worse than Fox and I enjoy hearing other cultures views. CNN was just a handy link.

Minnesota is actually pretty nice....Minneapolis is a great city considering it's in the middle of nowhere (it feels as if someone combined Calgary and Edmonton, and added a tad more culture).

All the other republics would band together and force the landlocked "Central North American Republic" to produce food in exchange for the right to come to their republics for entertainment, culture, vacations, weather, beaches, etc... mwahaha.

Maybe Wild Wild West just got released into theaters in Russia and this jack in the box professor is trying to capitalize on the movies success over there?

We've got enough cold in the winter, no thanks to more. Not to mention the hideous Minnesota/North Dakota accents.
