Not to get off topic. But this is exactly what could happen to SOME fans and their season tickets with the Lockout...people stop going, find other things to do and never return!!! or at least take their time

Yeah.

But I think flames ticket holders would come back if there is a lockout. They wouldnt leave a team alone if its still hot from the playoffs.

This years run could carry on. I think people would show up to flames games away from the dome too.



Too bad Tampa isnt playing in Calgary. I would love to see that game to remind me of the best playoff run ive seen in a while. It be nice to have the cup this year but tampa had a little gas left in the tank then the flames did. We did play the most games in the playoffs this year.

I do sort of recall that KC was a travelling man and he might have been going someplace crazy like Antarctica this summer. Nobody knew the fight game (or torturous bus rides) like the Killer, so if he isn't checking out the penguins...

I'm pretty much going on memory here but I think there were multiple posters using the same IP, which naturally raises eyebrows...when questioned about it Frostymug got all upset and said he had a roommate that was using his computer or something..then he went on about people implying he was gay because he had a male roommate..and he wrote this huge farewell essay and then left...I wonder if that roommate did actually exist? Didn't they work at the same place too?
I was brand new to the board at the time...it was quite a soap opera. I remember wondering if this kinda place was for me...3300 posts later i'm still here.
