OK, they can't be that dumb that they thought this would obscure their identity. Were they trying to darken their faces so as to hide in the dark better? (like a Special Forces guy in camo face paint?).

i think they were just really drunk..the article said they were anyway..you'd have to be pretty drunk..you almost want to let them off just for being so pathetic What's so funny is that it's permanent marker! Imagine how hard it would be to get off
