Robert Nilsson (62 ov)

To Atlanta:

Marco Sturm (68 ov)

Firstly, thanks to Kris for the easy talks. Pretty smooth and quick talks.

We hope Gaustad and Nilsson do well in Boston.

We wanted Sturm because we wanted another top 6 winger on the left side. Sturm's 80 SC, 72 DF, and 68 OV is something we couldn't pass up. With all the other top teams in the Gretzky, we needed more firepower.

Atlanta's top 2 lines now look like:

Smyth (68) - Datsyuk (75)- Hossa (74)
Sturm (68) - McDonald (68) - Guerin (68)

Hopefully these two lines can put up some goals for the Thrashers.

That's a solid top 6 pairing. I really wish some of these players would head out west, the battle for top spot in the East is going to be tight.
