Welcome to CP; there's a few soccer fans on here. Check the "Other Sports" forum for some soccer discussions. There's a few threads regarding the EPL, Champions League, Internationals etc.

I follow the Premier League, but not too seriously. I will try to catch a game on Saturday every so often. Manchester United fan.

Definitely. Best sport in the world after hockey.
I don't watch as much club soccer these days (there's only room for so much sport, and thats basically taken up by the Flaming bags of crap), but there are few sports events I get excited about more than the World and Euro cups.

Big Charlton Athletic fan here, have flown over to see them play 3 times. Hard to watch now as they are in such a low division but still enjoy watching premier games on tv.
Play soccer, sadly my skill doesnt quite match my enthusiasm, play on a div 4 team in calgary right now.

What team do you play for here in town? I do as well and I'm curious if we have ever played against one another.

I have only ever seen one professional team live however, Celtic came here a couple of years ago to play a local team and we saw the game.
Other than that only my kid's soccer games all summer long.

I'm a Toronto FC fan, as well as a Hereford fan. Love soccer, always will, and it's sad the amount of disrespect the sport gets in Canada and the US.
But I guess all 193 other countries in this world are wrong.
