I am watching, and I don't get it. I missed a LOT of last season but this sucks. It isn't House at all. 
Although this episode has actually been quite good.

worst show on tv. in case you have missed tonights new episode, here is a run down
House gets a sick patient
cant diagnose whats wrong
nearly kills patient by treating the wrong disease/sickness
takes pain meds
saves patients life with 2nd or 3rd round of treatment
makes an unflattering joke

Some good parts, but had a trouble with some of the 'realism' in it, even though I know House isn't always the most realistic show or example of hospital life and can usually suspend my disbelief to enjoy the show.
How the heck did he steal a car? And get out with it? Or if he was already out, how did that happen?
