Default What cars do cheaters drive?

http://www.autonet.ca/auto-news/auto...heaters-drive/

A new survey conducted by married dating service Ashley Madison shows that many cheaters in Canada are driving less-flashy vehicles.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, a U.K. company similar to Ashley Madison sees more members driving luxury rides. IllicitEnounters.com says one in five members drive a BMW. The rest, meanwhile, trend toward Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar and Land Rover.

A spokesperson at IllicitEncounters.com says the reason why more cheaters drive luxury cars is because those vehicles require wealth, and wealth is often acquired through risk-taking. The spokesperson says risk-takers are more prone to cheating.

Ashley Madison CEO Noel Biderman disagrees, saying “affluence doesn’t equal adultery” and that infidelity is “a function of discord at home meeting opportunity away from it.”

So if you drive a Toyota and your wife a Honda you will be a in a lying, cheating relationship.

Sorry every Asian family.

I don't really see the correlation. In one case you're risking your own financial well-being whereas in the other you're risking someone else's emotional well-being. Putting yourself on the line for an idea you believe in is noble. Putting someone else's trust in you on the line for your own personal gratification is just selfish.

Would the driver of a luxury / exotic car be willing to risk their marriage by admitting to having an affair to anyone? In the immortal words of Kenny Powers, "Put it inside, handle it like a baller, and take this sh*t to your grave..."

Kindof skewed since Honda and Toyotas are such common cars.

that is pretty much a list of common cars in general.

one could easily post the same two lists and say, "cars people are most likely to..."

- use in a drive through
- commute to work
- take to grocery store
- use on a road trip

Bollocks, if you look like you have money you are going to get more tail offered up, it doesn't prove that risk takers cheat more, just that women like men who have money and if they have enough don't really care if the guy is married.

I was expecting this thread to list what type of cars the players on the Canucks drive. I have two vehicles, one is a Toyota, and one is a Ford. I guess I should try out for the Canucks?

- owned by married people who aren't wealthy enough that their spouses would turn a blind eye to an extra-marital encounter in exchange for being part of the jet set (this doesn't explain the absence of Hyundais or Subarus from the list though).

No way!!! The top 4 best selling cars are at the top? Seriously, people get paid for this crap?

What a useless survey.

Besides, the best way to cheat is get a DeLorean, that way when (not if) you get caught, you can go back in time and stop yourself from doing it. You still get the sweet memory of the strange and you don't ruin your current relationship.

Shouldn't you just go back in time and have the affair from before you were in a relationship?
