Although TJ Oshie hates the team and the city we are still cautious to move him as I still don't have a good feel for how many injuries this SIM is going to spit out.

The more I think about the more I feel unattached to the current group of players that I have on my roster. My goal is to win the cup and to do that I don’t care if I have to bring my most hated NHL players into the mix to get the job done. That being said I don’t feel like the current group I have has the chemistry to get to the next level. We were one of the worst teams in the preseason and although it is only one game into the regular season I am not against blowing up a lot of this group to get a group I feel will have better chemistry. I am not looking to trade away all my youth for veterans to help me win now, however I will make any deal that I feel is fair value wise and will help my team win this season.

That being said I am not really open to discussing the following players unless I get a deal I really think I can’t refuse. These are guys I see as core players and part of the long term plans.

These guys are not untouchable, however for various reasons I see them as a big part of my team winning this year or moving forward.

Anyone else on the roster is fair game, however I am not looking to deal guys like Richards or Stastny for guys on the way down. I am looking to win this year, but also looking to stay competitive long term and have to take that into consideration when looking at offers. Looking for fair offers, please don’t throw an offer of a 66ov veteran with one year on the contract for similar rated guys half their age. There is no guarantee that I make any moves but just putting it out there that a lot of big names could move in the right deals that I feel suit this roster.
