At the very least his victims should sue him for millions for their suffering. I sure wasted $10.

First of all, you should really read the articles before you make thread titles. The lottery was not the Lotto 640 (a mistyping of the Lotto 649?).

The winner of the lottery won in London, England. The lottery he won was the 'Lotto Extra Draw.'

As far as it being an injustice I would have to say it's not. Lotteries are random so it's not an injustice if someone you don't like comes up as the winner of one. I would say that while it is out of whack on a karmic level for someone who is evil it isn't an injustice. Lotteries aren't a matter of justice. There are a matter of odds.

His victims may be suing now that Uncle Pervy has new-found wealth.

Victims of a convicted rapist in Britain who won $16 million on the National Lottery while serving life for a series of attacks could sue him for compensation, a lawyer said Wednesday.

Iorworth Hoare, 52, was staying at a bail hostel in Middlesbrough when he bought the ticket which landed him a one-third share of the weekend's jackpot.

He's in jail for life. Its not like he's gonna have the chance to enjoy it much.

I'm sure the victims will get their fingers in there. That's gotta be big news out in London.

As far as buying a ticket, his money is as good as anyone else and net proceeds usually go to some worthwhile endeavour.

Secondly, its grand that he won given his victims now have an avenue to be compensated handsomely.

This is akin to Todd Bertuzzi signing a giant contract and all the money going to Steve Moore.
