Anyone plan to see this movie? I actually saw this 2 months ago, not knowing what to expect, and I was blown away.

The acting, story, and everything else sucks, but you don't want a movie like this for those qualities. You watch it for the fight scenes, and boy, are they ever the most impressive fight scenes I've ever seen.

I hope the north american version actually makes some sense in terms of story, because the thai version I saw confused the hell out of me.

I just got back. It was a hell of an action movie, and Tony Jaa is really the long overdue successor to Asian action films to Chan and Li.

Jaa fights with a different style than the other two though; far more balanced and patient fighter. He reminds of "Lion" from the Virtua Fighter series.

Wow. That was an amazing movie.

Absolutley loved it.

"It's both polished and gritty, elegant yet tough -- the kind of overachieving martial arts thrill-ride audiences the world over are certain to embrace with wide-eyed, slack-jawed enthusiasm."
-- Wade Major, BOXOFFICE MAGAZINE

Acting, plot, and character development are all sub-par. But I think if you go to this movie looking for any of those to play a prominent role, you have other problems on your hands.
