My gramma won a 1/2 million once, my friend won 160,000 my old boyfriends mom won a Mill.. 2 cousins one 10,000 each on scratchies..and today I was in Mac's and the guy in front of me won 1,500~ the most I ever won was back in 1984 and I won 50 dollars. Anybody here ever win a big amount of cash?

I won a plastic model of a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost when I was in grade 1. My mom threw it out.

I don't think the question should be why you don't win anything.... instead, it should be.. "Why the F does everyone around you win stuff?".
Seriously, knowing that many people with large winnings defies all normal odds.

I won a Sega Genesis when I was a kid. I was the only one to actually enter the contest.

I won a cabbage patch kid when I was 7. That's about it for me. My husband has won three Flames jerseys - or is it four?

I bought a "Twist-A-Pepper" bottle of Dr. Pepper every day for lunch for an entire year. Odds of winning a free one were supposedly 1 in 12. I never won a single one.

I can confirm that, that's not true . . . at least not on the East Coast

I won a meet and greet with In Flames on last year's Gigantour. I don't know if that counts, though, since I'm a part of their fan club, and they randomly picked five fans, and I was one of them.
Aside from that, I won a free Coke Zero once.

A few years ago me and my ex g/f went to this thing at the round up center called Toys for Boys and Pearls for Girls. We both entered a few contests and I won a car alarm from some local business, but the cheap asses wanted me to pay for install. Since my old beater truck was worth less than the alarm, I didn't bother. But my stuipd ex won a set of custom golf clubs. I was pissed.
Other than the car alarm, all I've ever won is free coffee during roll up the rim.
People who win stuff piss me off.

I once won tickets to a Celine Dion concert at a staff Christmas party. The best part was all the cougars at work were fighting over who got to go the concert with me

I won two trips from work. Although, i had to work my freakin a$$ off to win them. Nevertheless Hollywood/Miami Florida was super fun and the 2nd trip was cancelled thanks to this lame economy. I got a cash prize instead. (i would've rather had the trip).
