To those of you who have had experience in such things, how much does Shaw usually offer for trade in if you trade a normal digital cable box for an HD box?

i'm not even sure if we do that. it's been quite awhile since i dealt with sales, but i don't remember Shaw ever having that option. they are very lax with trading in Bell equipment though, they usually don't even test them to see if they still work
