Looking for Drywall Taper

I am looking for quotes on a professional to come in and apply the 3rd coat (skim coat) on my basement.

I have put on the first 2 coats myself and will have it completed in the next couple of weeks. I will have the basement completley sanded after the 2nd coat is complete.

1.50 a sqf if its just one coat if wanting to sand as well 1.75 !
