You can set your reply to in Gmail, but by default it'll always have the gmail address in there too.
They added a feature recently which lets you set an outgoing SMTP server for each email address you have setup on your gmail, but this of course uses a different SMTP server than Gmail's, which sets you back at square one.
I use the SMTP server I have from my shared hosting for my domain for this.. but I don't think there would be a free outgoing SMTP server out there since that would be gold for spammers. But maybe there is.
